Clemens Theil

Clemens Theil (doctorate in law, attorney in law, tax consultant and certified tax law attorney) studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg, where he also took his doctorate. He is active in many fields of civil and commercial law as well as in all areas of tax law. In 2017 he has merged with Dr. Patrick Menges into the law firm Menges • Theil and since then he has been cooperating with Schumacher & Willsau. Clemens Theil is widowed and father of two adult children. In his spare time he enjoys the theatre and the opera.
